At the AcuTech Training Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality training courses. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please review our substitution and cancellation policy for in-person open enrollment courses.
Course Confirmation
Courses will be confirmed or canceled 3 weeks before the scheduled start date and all registered participants will be notified.
All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ati@acutech-consulting.com.
- Substitutions are permitted with a $50 substitution fee.
- If you need to substitute a participant, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Substitution requests received less than 7 days before the course will not be accommodated.
Cancellation by Attendees
- Cancellations received more than 21 days before the course start date will receive a full refund minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Cancellations received 21 days or less before the course start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to a future course date within one year, subject to availability and a $100 transfer fee.

Cancellation by AcuTech
- If we must cancel a course due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a full refund.

- Registration fees include course materials and a course certificate. Participants are responsible for their own hotel, travel, meals, and other related expenses.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request.
- AcuTech reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, location, fees, and content as necessary. Registered participants will be notified of any changes promptly.
