AcuTech Training Institute Cancellation & Substitution Policy

At the AcuTech Training Institute, we are committed to providing high-quality training courses. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, please review our substitution and cancellation policy for in-person open enrollment courses.

Course Confirmation

Courses will be confirmed or canceled 3 weeks before the scheduled start date and all registered participants will be notified.

All substitution and cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to ati@acutech-consulting.com.

  • Substitutions are permitted with a $50 substitution fee.
  • If you need to substitute a participant, please notify us in writing at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • Substitution requests received less than 7 days before the course will not be accommodated.
