Vaniah Holtz leads the human capital functions at AcuTech as the Director of Human Resources.
She is responsible for the full spectrum of human resources activities, including employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, training and development, people analytics/KPIs, HR management, and strategy development.
Vaniah brings over 9 years of human resources, business operations and management experience. With a strategic mind for problem solving and streamlining processes, she built her career in business operations and grew to be a cross-functional leader of multiple departments. Over the course of her career, Vaniah has cultivated multi-faceted experience across a range of industries including consulting, PR, construction, and tech. Her passion for people drew her to the human capital functions within her roles, laying the foundation for her career in human resources. Vaniah Holtz’s combined HR and business operations experience provides her with the tools needed to build scalable people operations policies and procedures for AcuTech’s growing, global workforce. She is proud to work for a company that is helping make the world a safer place in tangible ways.
Vaniah earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Santa Clara University, graduating with honors. With her free time, she enjoys hiking with her dog, spending time with family and friends, and investing in her community by volunteering with local organizations.
