Jon Meyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer at AcuTech. He leads all finance, accounting, corporate development, investor relations and finance transformation initiatives. He has deep experience in finance, accounting and M&A for professional services and consulting firms across numerous industries. Jon is a Virginia CPA. He holds a B.S. in Business Economics from Virginia Tech and a Master of Accounting from William and Mary.
Jon began his career at PwC auditing financial statements for private equity clients where he discovered a strong interest in M&A, strategy and finance. He quickly transferred into PwC’s Deals Advisory practice, performing financial due diligence on target businesses for strategic and financial acquirers. He then launched a career as an acquirer via corporate development at ICF, a publicly traded global advisory and technology services firm.
In his time at PwC and ICF, Jon led and managed financial and cross-functional due diligence on hundreds of businesses spanning a wide variety of industries. He advised corporate and private equity clients on dozens of transactions at PwC. He successfully acquired and integrated ten companies at ICF with over $700 million in combined enterprise value. ICF’s acquisitions from 2016-2022 fueled the firm’s growth of over 60% to $1.8 billion revenue and 8,500+ employees. He joined AcuTech in 2022 after realizing a desire to create value and execute from inside of an enterprise.

His focus is on injecting best practice, improving process and enabling scalability globally.
