Mr. Hayrettin Hidiroglu is the Group Leader, Operational Excellence Services with AcuTech Group, Inc., bringing over twenty‑five years of international experience across the oil & gas, refining, and petrochemical sectors. He has a proven record of leading operational excellence, enterprise transformation, commercial optimization, and asset performance initiatives for large, complex industrial organizations. With a background in chemical engineering, Mr. Hidiroglu has extensive experience designing and implementing enterprise operating models, performance governance frameworks, and digital and data‑driven management systems. His expertise spans operational excellence program leadership, refining and petrochemical supply chain optimization, asset management and reliability improvement, KPI/OKR frameworks, and organization-wide process and capability development. He has delivered nearly $1 billion in measurable value through transformation, optimization, and digital enablement programs across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. Mr. Hidiroglu’s experience includes both industry leadership and advisory roles. He has guided operational readiness for large-scale assets, enhanced commercial and planning systems using LP-based optimization, and led energy efficiency and loss reduction programs. Mr. Hidiroglu has also developed training, leadership alignment, and cultural improvement initiatives that strengthen operational discipline and organizational performance. He has held senior expatriate roles in Spain, India, Saudi Arabia, Canada, Colombia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, and Oman, enabling him to build effective teams, align diverse stakeholders, and integrate global best practices into high‑performance operating environments.
