Facilitation requires a balance of the technical and interpersonal. Technical skills range from understanding complex systems and terminologies to having a basic understanding of operation, and the practical application of how things work. Interpersonal skills include the ability to ask probing questions, reach consensus, knowledge of body language, and maintaining a sense of humor.
