Development of Corporate Program & Management System for Process Safety, Operational, Health and Safety Risk
AcuTech successfully and in close collaboration developed a client’s corporate program for Process Safety and HSE, in line with industry best practices and regulations. An implementation roadmap was developed with the client. AcuTech then supported execution through the development and delivery of training and onboarding, ensuring a sustainable implementation.
Process Safety Management Audits a& Gap Assessments for (Petro) Chemical Industry
AcuTech successfully performed structured PSM detailed audits and high-level gap assessments against industry best practices, identifying opportunities to strengthen corporate PSM programs and improve the effectiveness of implementation in the field.
Culture Improvement
AcuTech conducted a Culture Survey for a client and analyzed the feedback. Collaboration with the executive leadership team aided in the development of a pragmatic plan to strengthen the company culture and drive an improved (process) safety performance. Leadership coaching was provided to support the leadership team and enhance their impact.
Leadership & Safety Culture Training for Executive Leadership Teams
AcuTech delivered training and coaching on Leadership driving Process Safety Excellence for executive and operational leaders for several companies. Each training was adapted to the relevant hazards and risks pertaining to the specific the company and corporate programs. The training and coaching raised the risk awareness of the teams and empowered the leaders to drive stronger performance.
PHA & LOPA Studies for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Pharma Facilities in the UK, Netherlands, & Switzerland
AcuTech conducted Hazard and Operability studies (HAZOP) and Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA) studies for critical refinery and pharma facilities. These included a variety of industry-specific unit operations. The project improved risk visibility, identified key safety improvements, and supported safe, reliable operations. Through coaching and pragmatic teaching, the AcuTech consultant supported an increase in capability of the client’s team, in the area of Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
