| Dyadem Partners Solve Compliance Headaches with Regulation-specific Frameworks |
| |
Dyadem today announced a new integrated compliance framework has been made available by its business partners in the Dyadem Alliance Program. AcuTech Consulting Group has released a compliance framework as an add-on to Dyadem’s Quality Lifecycle Management and Risk Lifecycle Management software platform.
AcuTech Consulting has developed iSVA™, a plug-in for Dyadem’s SVA-Pro, security vulnerability assessment software that helps meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Chemical Facility Anti-terrorism Standards (CFATS) Security Vulnerability Assessment (SVA). DHS will require over 7,000 chemical facilities in the United States to conduct a SVA by the end of 2008. Dyadem’s SVA-Pro is one of the accepted solutions that helps small and large chemical facilities evaluate their risk.
“Our customers realize the importance of compliance but would rather devote their manpower to creating value in their core business rather than paperwork,” said Steve Dunn, Vice President of Alliances at Dyadem. “Our alliance program offers our customers additional configurations that streamline their compliance tasks from days to hours. We choose our partners based on their core business rather than paperwork,” said Steve Dunn, Vice President of Alliances at Dyadem. “Our alliance program offers our customers additional configurations that streamline their compliance tasks from days to hours. We choose our partners based on their expertise in specific industries so that we can ensure solution frameworks that complement our platform create the most benefit to our customers.”
Dyadem’s Stature platform enables communication and collaboration across the enterprise when assessing quality and risk, modifying existing procedures and developing best practices. All quality and risk assessments are tied to a common framework to ensure that information is shared across departments or locations, depending on the company need, as well as carried forward from one assessment to the next. Configurations from business partners can be added to Dyadem’s software to provide an industry standard format for assessing individual compliance regulations.
“AcuTech has been working with Dyadem since 1995 and we’ve yet to find a more user friendly or comprehensive Risk Lifecycle Management solution,” said David Moore, President and CEO, AcuTech Consulting Group. “Chemical plants in the U.S. must now go through another layer of compliance reporting. To some chemical facilities it’s also a new process completely. Our iSVA™ template provides these plants with a cost effective way to meet the new, more stringent Homeland Security requirements on chemical security.”
The AcuTech Integrated Security Vulnerability Assessment (iSVA™) framework for Dyadem’s SVA-Pro helps meet the requirements of the DHS CFATS Security Vulnerability Assessment while providing management insights that address more comprehensive security concerns. AcuTech is a global consulting company offering a full range of management and technical consulting, training, and software products for chemical process security, risk assessment, LNG services, process safety management and emergency management. Dyadem recently announced an expansion to its Worldwide Dyadem Alliance Program and will continue to make vertical solution frameworks available to customers to streamline the numerous regulations faced by its customers – from DHS to OSHA and ISO.
