CFATS Briefing on Site Security Plans
 
“High Risk” sites covered by Chemical Facilities Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) will be receiving letters from U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) identifying the tier(s) for their site(s). The DHS letter will set into motion the next step in the process of compliance which includes the development and submission of a Site Security Plan (SSP) to DHS within 120 days.
