| ASSE Webinar: The Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards |

AcuTechs President & CEO, David Moore, will lead a November 19 webinar for the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) on the current and upcoming phases of the Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS).
Mr. Moore will provide an update of the CFATS rule – and give participants the chance to ask questions about its implementation. This virtual classroom session will:
- REVIEW the status of the program as well as new legislation proposed to strengthen CFATS and make it permanent.
- DISCUSS how to efficiently complete the SVA.
- EXPLORE lessons learned from the SVAs and Top Screens, which might lead to significant improvements in security while producing cost savings or simplification of the compliance process.
- DISCUSS what to expect following DHSs review of the SVA.
- EXAMINE the Risk Based Performance Standards and the Site Security Plan requirements.
