| Dave Moore to Speak on CFATS at Environment Virginia 2008 |

AcuTechs President and CEO, Dave Moore, will serve as a conference workshop presenter at the upcoming Environment Virginia 2008 Conference. Mr. Moore will present during the Chemical Security: Understanding the New Regulations and Implementing a Program workshop to be held on Tuesday April 1 from 1-5PM. As an industry expert in chemical security issues, Mr. Moore will speak regarding the SVA and SSP portions of the new CFATS regulation.
The presenters in the workshop also include Robert B. Stephan, Assistant Secretary for the Office of Infrastructure Protection, Department of Homeland Security; Dennis Deziel, Deputy Director, Chemical Security Compliance Division, DHS; and Evan Wolff, Esq., Director, Division of Homeland Security, Hunton & Williams LLP.
