DHS has posted several documents and on-line training to assist companies with the new
Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard (CFATS). The Chemical-Terrorism Vulnerability Information (CVI) user training is now posted to the DHS web site.
Anyone who is required to submit a Top-Screen needs to go through the on-line training. The training takes approximately 30 minutes and can be found
at:

Last week DHS posted a copy of the Top-Screen questions and draft Users Manual.
Both of these will be modified when Appendix A is finalized, but these documents should help facilities start to get ready to prepare their Top-Screen
submissions.

finalized.
